Identifying Depressive Symptoms

Most people experience feeling down or having a bad day; however, depression occurs when those feelings last for a long time and prevent you from being able to do your normal everyday functions.[v] Take this depression screening to determine if you may be experiencing depression.

Managing Stress

More than 75% of adults admit to experiencing symptoms of stress like headaches, feeling tired, or changes in sleeping habits. [vi] Stress affects all body systems triggering conditions like migraines, asthma attacks, hypertension, depression, and so much more. Avoiding At-Risk Drinking

Do your health a favor and drink responsibly. Excessive drinking can lead to liver cirrhosis, unintentional injuries to yourself or others, violence, and other alcohol use disorders. Excessive drinking includes binge drinking, heavy drinking, and drinking under the age of 21 or while pregnant.[viii] Complete the worksheet below to determine if you your drinking is excessive and how to avoid putting yourself and others at risk.
